Blogmas #14 Guest Post! Favourite Christmas Reads

Today’s post is a guest post from AllThingsGee! I’m so excited to be doing this collaboration because Gee and I have so many things in common and it’s so exciting to get to work on something today! I have written my favourite Christmas reads which will now be up on AllThingsGee and I would really appreciate you going over there and checking out the post and the rest of her blog!

A Christmas Carol

This is one of my all-time favourite books. I have always loved Dickens but A Christmas Carol although it is one of the more serious books on this list. It has a certain warmth to it. I love the way it teaches you to love the small things in life and to be grateful for the things you have. A Christmas Carol is a fine example of how a small gesture can have the biggest impac

It’s A Wonderful Night

This is a book that I will forever rave about! It is a recent find of mine but is certainly up on my favourites based around one of my all-time favourite Christmas films It’s A Wonderful Life, it is hard not to fall head over heels for a book that follows a very similar story but leaves you feeling warm and cosy. It also gives a gentle reminder to believe in the magic of Christmas.

No One Cancels Christmas

A favourite book in my house and one that captures you from the very first page. It is a book that warms the heart and truly makes you believe in true love. Set in the most beautiful Christmas escape. It is a book I could read over and over and again.

Twas the night before Christmas

This is a favourite purely on the fact that it is one that I used to read every Christmas Eve to my Nephews before we left to go home and before they went to bed. A traditional story is always a win for me.
